Feeling alone when you've been bullied and body shamed is normal. The attacks are so personal, it's easy to believe you're by yourself.
But there are lots and lots of other girls who have or are going through these same horrible feelings. Their details are different, but the feelings are the same.
There are also lots and lots of women who went through the dark forest you're going through and who not only survived but thrived in a big boss way. Here's where you get to learn their secrets and their advice.
There's strength in numbers. And you too are going to be a strong boss girl.

Here's how to get started.
1. Let's Band Together. Join us on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. Share what you think might be useful or inspiring to a friend.
2. Get the Newsletter. The newsletter has stories, advice, and Q&A that isn't suitable for social media and which goes a bit deeper.
3. Ask a Question. We've learned a lot from researching people who succeeded big after being body shamed and bullied. If we can't answer it, someone in our group probably will!
4. Be a Mentor/Find a Mentor. Some people might find it useful to share with someone who has had similar experiences. If you think you would be interested in a mentor program, let us know and we will look into setting one up.
